Hello, I'm Wilma.
Women usually find me when they’re rereading the same email five times, snapping at someone for interrupting when they weren’t actually talking, feeling weirdly emotional over things that never used to faze them, or standing in Boots googling symptoms they swore they wouldn’t google again.
I work with women who used to take things in their stride, the workload, the small humans, the curveballs, and now feel blindsided by how unpredictable their body and brain have become.
My approach is practical, straight-talking, and rooted in what your body is actually doing not shame, restriction, or a routine no actual working woman has time for.
